Job summary

Park City Lodging, Inc. is seeking a front-line maintenance technician for Snow Flower Condominiums in Park City. The role focuses on daily upkeep, minor repairs, and proactive care of our managed properties and homeowner associations.

Candidates should have experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and drywall, with strong attention to detail and ownership. Weekend and holiday availability is required, and comfort with guest relations is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with building trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and drywall.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of work.
• Ability to observe and report maintenance needs requiring attention.
• Professional, helpful attitude with guests, owners and co-workers.
• Willingness to perform routine property maintenance such as trash pickup and snow/ice removal.
• Dependable and punctual with weekend/holiday availability.
• Electronic aptitude is a plus—troubleshooting WiFi issues and door lock systems.

Responsibilities

• Daily upkeep of Snow Flower Condominiums and related properties.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to maintain safety and aesthetics.
• Observe and report additional maintenance needs to management.
• Interact professionally with guests and owners to maintain positive relationships.
• Assist with trash removal and seasonal snow/ice control.
• Test and manage chemicals for hot tubs to ensure a safe environment.

Location: Snow Flower Condominiums, managed by Park City Lodging

Snow Flower Condominiums consists of four buildings and 160 ski-in/ski-out condominiums. This is a front-line, skill-based, detail-oriented position involving daily upkeep of our managed properties and homeowner associations.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall.
• Strong attention to detail, taking pride and ownership in your work.
• Ability to observe and report additional maintenance needs requiring attention.
• Professional, helpful attitude, maintaining positive relationships with guests, owners, and co-workers.
• Willingness to perform routine property maintenance, including trash pickup and snow/ice removal.
• Dependable and punctual, with availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Electronic aptitude a benefit—troubleshooting Comcast/wifi issues and supporting electronic door lock systems.
