Job summary

Lithko Contracting seeks a Concrete Superintendent to lead the execution phase of large-scale projects, partnering with the operations team to craft an overall project plan and ensure milestones are met on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive project execution experience for a large-scale self-perform GC or concrete contractor, with self-perform concrete experience and a BS in Construction Management or Engineering.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types, with emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices on projects over $500K.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Collaborate with the operational team during turnover and planning.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team.
• Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes.
• Engage the project team to generate accurate project information, including T&Q reports.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in & sign-out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met.
• Validate project awareness and adjust to meet execution goals.
• Communicate project status to all appropriate parties.
