Job summary

You will collaborate with the operations team to develop a comprehensive project plan, manage resources, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality. Candidates should have 5+ years in project execution for self-perform GC or concrete contractor, a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering, and self-perform concrete

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Emphasis on Commercial/Industrial project types.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan and schedule for execution.
• Collaborate with the operations team during turnover and planning.
• Identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team.
• Prepare project team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders in a timely, accurate manner.
• Track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign in/out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met and adjusted as needed.
