Job summary

Lithko Contracting in Orlando, FL, seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead the execution phase of large-scale concrete projects. You will partner with the operations team to develop an overarching project plan and supervise field crews to meet milestones.

The role requires 5+ years in project execution for a self-perform GC or concrete contractor, strong organizational and communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Experience on Commercial/Industrial projects.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices on projects over $500K.
• Ability to lead people and drive results for project success.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Collaborate with the operational team during turnover and planning.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities.
• Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes.
• Engage the project team to generate accurate project information, including T&Q reports.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met.
• Validate project awareness and adjust to meet execution goals.
• Communicate project status to all appropriate parties.
