Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• In-depth knowledge of construction principles/practices required with experience on projects over 1 million dollars.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plan for their phase of work.
• Identify obstacles and opportunities for their phase of work.
• Ensure team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations.
• Track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign in/out sheets.
• Communicate project status in a timely manner.
