• Experience with concrete and steel elements.

• Knowledge of budgeting best practices and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and schedule labor/resources.
• Monitor progress to keep schedule on track.
• Create cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with clients, PMs, and stakeholders on budgets.
• Schedule delivery of materials and subcontractors.
• Hire and manage subcontractors as needed.
• Maintain daily jobsite logs and reports for management.
• Report progress and issues to leadership.
• Adapt operations to meet deadlines and constraints.
• Implement cost-efficient management approaches.
• Meet with clients, vendors and inspectors on site.
