Jobot is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial and industrial concrete projects. You will oversee planning, coordination, and on-site execution for data centers, manufacturing facilities, and multi-story structures.

The role emphasizes safety, quality control, and schedule adherence. Strong leadership, clear communication with clients and subcontractors, and a proven record in self-perform concrete on commercial projects are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in construction.
• Proven self-perform concrete experience on commercial/industrial projects.
• Exceptional leadership with ability to manage diverse teams of workers/subcontractors.
• Strong project planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Certifications in construction safety or related areas are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all phases of the project from planning to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise construction from development through final build.
• Ensure construction activities align with the project plan.
• Lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety protocols and quality standards at all times.
• Interact with clients and explain plans and contract terms to staff and contractors.
• Schedule and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and material supplies.
