Jobot is seeking a dynamic Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial and industrial concrete projects. The role emphasizes strong leadership, safety, and schedule adherence across data centers, office buildings, and cast-in-place structures.

You will guide teams, interface with clients, and manage subcontractors to deliver on complex projects. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years as a superintendent, proven self-perform concrete experience, and excellent communication and planning abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in construction.
• Proven self-perform experience with concrete on commercial/industrial projects.
• Exceptional leadership with the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Strong project planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion.
• Coordinating and supervising the construction process from development through final construction.
• Ensuring all activities align with the project plan and schedule.
• Managing and leading a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are met at all times.
• Interacting with clients and interpreting plans and contract terms for staff and contractors.
• Scheduling and coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials.
