Job summary

Kent Companies in Dallas, TX, seeks a superintendent to lead major concrete operations on large commercial and industrial projects nationwide, focusing on field execution, safety, quality, and on‑time delivery. You will coordinate with customers and internal project teams, manage schedules, budgets, and manpower, and ensure constructability, mix designs, and place‑and‑finish standards are met.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of superintendent‑level commercial concrete construction experience.
• Experience leading self‑perform concrete with in‑house crews.
• Strong communication across GC, owners, and project teams.
• Willingness to travel 100% to out‑of‑state projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, schedules, budgets, manpower utilization, and production rates.
• Manage customers and communicate internally with project teams and externally with customers.
• Understand constructability, mix designs, and place‑and‑finish.
• 3-5 years of superintendent‑level commercial concrete construction experience.
• Experience on large commercial and industrial flatwork projects, including data centers, distribution centers, or warehouses.
• Background self‑performing concrete with in‑house manpower.
• Experience managing construction schedules, budgets, manpower utilization, and production rates.
• Knowledge of concrete constructability, mix designs, and place‑and‑finish operations.
• Experience managing GCs and owners, coordinating with internal project teams, and handling customer communication on active commercial concrete jobs.
• Willingness to travel 100% to out‑of‑state data center or warehouse projects.
• Holding an ACI flatwork credential is a plus.
