Job summary

Kent Companies is seeking a field superintendent to lead major concrete operations on high-profile commercial and industrial projects across the United States. You will balance production goals with quality, serving as a key liaison among customers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes self-performing concrete with in-house crews, strong communication, and sound construction judgment for large flatwork projects. ACI flatwork credential is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of superintendent-level commercial concrete construction experience.
• Experience on large commercial and industrial flatwork projects.
• Background self-performing concrete with in-house manpower.
• Experience coordinating with GCs and owners and managing customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, schedules, budgets, manpower utilization, and production rates.
• Coordinate with project teams and customers to ensure alignment and progress.
• Understand constructability, mix designs, and place-and-finish operations.
• Travel 100% to out-of-state data center or warehouse projects.
