Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of superintendent‑level experience in commercial concrete, with a preference for self‑performed in‑house crews and willingness to travel 100% to out‑of‑state data center or warehouse

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of superintendent-level commercial concrete construction experience.
• Experience on large commercial and industrial flatwork projects (data centers, distribution centers, warehouses).
• Background self-performing concrete with in-house manpower.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, manpower utilization, and production rates.
• Knowledge of concrete constructability, mix designs, and place-and-finish operations.
• Experience coordinating with GCs, owners, and internal teams; strong customer communication.
• Willingness to travel 100% to out-of-state projects.
• ACI flatwork credential (Concrete Flatwork Associate/Finisher/Advanced) is a plus.

This is an opportunity to join a team known for executing demanding projects where strong field leadership and operational discipline make a measurable difference. We support commercial and industrial builds with large in-house field crews and a hands‑on approach to delivering complex concrete work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

In this role, you will help lead major concrete operations on high‑profile commercial and industrial projects. The position is centered on driving execution in the field, balancing production goals with quality expectations, and serving as a key point of coordination across customers and internal project teams. It is well suited to a superintendent who understands how to keep large self‑perform concrete projects moving while maintaining strong communication and sound construction judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, schedules, budgets, manpower utilization, and production rates.
• Manage customers and communicate internally with project teams and externally with customers.
• Understand constructability, mix designs, and place‑and‑finish.

• 3-5 years of superintendent‑level commercial concrete construction experience.
• Experience on large commercial and industrial flatwork projects, including large commercial data center, distribution center, or warehouse concrete projects.
• Background self‑performing concrete with in‑house manpower rather than managing subcontractors.
• Experience managing construction schedules, budgets, manpower utilization, and production rates.
• Knowledge of concrete constructability, mix designs, and place‑and‑finish operations.
• Experience managing GCs and owners, coordinating with internal project teams, and handling customer communication on active commercial concrete jobs.
• Willingness to travel 100% to out‑of‑state data center or warehouse projects.
• Holding an American Concrete Institute (ACI) flatwork credential, such as Concrete Flatwork Associate, Concrete Flatwork Finisher / Technician, or Advanced Concrete Flatwork Finisher, is a plus.
