Job summary

Posillico Civil, Inc. is seeking a Concrete and Structures Foreman to lead field crews on heavy civil projects in Northern Virginia and the Richmond area. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while reporting to the Project Superintendent or General Foreman.

Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, tracking daily hours, and applying SWPPP requirements, with hands-on formwork, placement, and finishing expertise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, time-management, organization, and plan-reading skills.
• Proficient with electronic documents and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Lead daily safety protocols, PPE usage, safety walks, incident investigations.
• Financial: Track and enter daily labor and equipment hours; coordinate with Superintendent; monitor schedules and crew production.
• Production and Quality: Manage tasks with subcontractors and vendors; review plans for conformance; document daily activities with photos and journals.
