Job summary

You will collaborate with the Project Manager and area teams to ensure contractual commitments are met while maintaining project safety culture and efficiency, with compensation in line with market norms.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage field teams.
• Experience supervising heavy civil, bridges, or industrial construction projects.
• Valid driver’s license; TWIC/DBIDs credentials may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations ensuring safety and schedule adherence.
• Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules and align with CPM baseline.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control with documentation and inspections.
• Oversee safety programs, incident investigations, and toolbox talks.
