Job summary

Lithko Contracting in Nashville, TN is seeking a skilled Superintendent to drive field execution on major Commercial/Industrial projects. You will partner with the operations team to develop phase-level project plans and ensure safe, on-time milestones.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project execution for large Self-Perform GC or concrete contractors, with a proven leadership track and a degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred. Lithko is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform concrete experience is required.
• Experience with Commercial/Industrial projects.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices on projects over $1M.
• Ability to lead people and drive project results.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan for their phase of work.
• Understands project information and can identify obstacles and opportunities for their phase of work.
• Prepares their team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Ensures their team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.
• Utilizes and tracks time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign in & sign out sheets.
• Responsible for ensuring project execution goals are met for their portion of work.
• Communicates project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.
