Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Construction Estimator.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
• Experience with commercial, civil, and industrial construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction estimating software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine scope, timelines, and budget requirements.
• Prepare and submit bids to clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Review subcontractor and vendor quotes for competitive pricing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Provide guidance to junior estimators and team members.
