Job summary

Kent Companies is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead the estimating effort for concrete projects. You will review contracts, drawings, and specifications to craft complete cost estimates with appropriate profit margins and risk analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering required.
• 5+ years of concrete estimating experience; 5 years in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
• Lead development of complete project cost estimates with accurate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontract pricing.
• Solicit subcontractor pricing and select best-qualified partners.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals with durations, assumptions, exclusions and required docs.
• Track opportunities using Unanet CRM and participate in post-bid interviews.
