Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead estimating and bidding efforts for structural and civil concrete projects across Oregon. The role requires 7+ years of estimating experience, with 4–5 years focused on concrete, and collaboration with leadership on pricing strategies.

The position oversees bids from smaller commercial jobs to multimillion-dollar developments, mentoring estimators and supporting business development while ensuring profitable work for the company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction estimating experience, including concrete estimating.
• Strong structural concrete estimating experience on projects valued at multiple millions.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume bidding schedules while maintaining accuracy.
• Experience with client-facing interactions and collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating and bidding for structural and civil concrete projects in Oregon.
• Prepare accurate, competitive estimates for projects up to $10M+ in value.
• Review others' estimates for discrepancies and ensure bid accuracy.
• Develop pricing strategies with senior leadership and support business development.
• Manage multiple bids to meet contractor deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field staff on requirements.
• Build relationships with general contractors and participate in client meetings.
