Job summary

Lithko Contracting, LLC is seeking a Senior Estimator to bolster our Estimating team. You will support pricing for commercial and industrial projects, perform quantity take-offs, and help prepare competitive bids for self-perform concrete work.

Requires a minimum of 5 years’ structural concrete estimating, a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $130,000 plus vehicle allowance and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural concrete estimating for large-scale GCs or concrete contractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with negotiated and hard bid processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Establish estimates with alternates, general conditions, vendor and subcontractor pricing, labor production, and wage rates.
• Develop conceptual estimates from limited information, including accurate pricing.
• Perform detailed take-offs identifying and quantifying concrete scope items.
• Create comprehensive customer proposals with scope, terms, and bid pricing breakdown.
• Deliver accurate project information to the team during turnover and planning.
• Guide estimators and project coordinators in tasks and processes, ensuring estimate accuracy.
• Ensure operations receive detailed information for project execution.
