The role emphasizes accurate take-offs, pricing, and competitive bids to win work.

You will lead take-offs, pricing strategies, and teamwork with estimators, coordinators, and operations to ensure clean turnover and successful project execution once awarded.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural concrete estimating.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with negotiated and hard bid processes.

Responsibilities

• Estimate setup with alternates, general conditions, pricing, and wage rates.
• Develop conceptual estimates from limited information.
• Perform detailed take-offs of concrete scope items.
• Prepare comprehensive customer proposals with bid pricing.
• Deliver accurate project information to the team.
• Guide estimators and coordinators to ensure estimate accuracy.
• Coordinate with operations for proper project execution.
