Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Experience with projects over 1 million dollars.
• Experience performing estimates, submitting bids, and generating proposals.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed and accurate estimates for potential projects.
• Identify and quantify concrete scope items and develop project strategy.
• Generate customer proposals and preliminary schedules.
• Set up projects including contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budgets.
• Maintain organized project information, schedules, and logs.
• Collaborate with Project Lead to develop accurate project plans.
• Communicate project information, solutions, and opportunities to the team.
• Prepare daily cost reports to align with the budget.
• Create change orders and execute project closeouts.
