Job summary

Lithko Contracting seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead the planning and execution phase of complex concrete construction projects. You will work with the operations team to craft comprehensive project plans and guide the project through turnover and execution, ensuring milestones and safety standards are met.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, 5+ years in project execution for concrete contractors, and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale GC or concrete contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types, with emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.
• In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience on projects over $500K.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Collaborate with the operational team during the turnover and project planning process.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team.
• Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes.
• Engage the project team to generate accurate project information, including T&Q reports.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in & sign-out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met.
• Validate project awareness for the project team and make necessary adjustments to meet execution goals.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.
