Job summary

Skyline is seeking a Lead Concierge to deliver exceptional service as the first point of contact for residents, team members, and guests at Skyline First Hill in Seattle. The role includes greeting visitors, supporting and training the Concierge team, managing scheduling, addressing safety and security, and handling routine administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least one year of concierge experience, proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in a concierge or related role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat/Reader.
• First aid/CPR certification required or per state/local guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Background check and drug screening required; physical exam, TB test, and fingerprinting may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with greeting residents, team members, and the public.
• Provide support and training to the Concierge team.
• Manage Concierge scheduling.
• Address safety and security concerns; monitor emergency and security systems during daytime hours.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to team members.
• Perform general administrative tasks including taking messages, routing calls, taking memoranda, distributing packages and mail, and maintaining office supplies.
