We have an exciting opportunity at **Skyline,**a **Transforming Age community.**Our **Overnight** **Concierge**:* Provides excellence customer service* Monitors security camera and Silvertrac system* Monitors emergency response system (i-Alert) and File Alarm Panel* Responds to safety and security risks promptly* Operates a multi-line telephone system* Maintain regular contact with overnight valet and security to stay informed about activities occurring in all areas of the community* Maintains office supplies, order new inventory as needed.* Performs other duties as assigned.**What you need to succeed:*** A high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience* At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred.* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader* Current first aid/CPR certification may be required per state/local guidelines.* Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills* Completion of background check and drug screening.
