Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Senior Concessions Manager for Fenway Park in Boston to oversee the day-to-day concession operations and report to the Division Manager of Concessions.

You will lead a team on game days and events, drive P&L and margin improvements, ensure safety and sanitation, and maintain strong client relations with the Red Sox organization. The role requires at least 5 years in high-volume food service management and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume, multi-unit food service management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience managing in a unionized environment
• Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model
• Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments to a unified food service experience for all customers
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work an event-based schedule.
• including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by business needs.

• Facilitate communications between the client, other internal departments and vendors to alleviate challenges to daily operation
• Spend approximately 75% of time on the floor supervising the Concessions operation
• Follow the Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives
• Ensure entire team is trained and able to implement
• Supervise Concessions team regarding production, quality and control
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees
• Follow all applicable policies, rules and regulations
• Lead the front of the house of the dining operation conjunction with the Division Manager of Concessions
• Plans, directs, and coordinates food service activities in order to deliver a finished product to the consumer
• Supervisory Responsibility: This position will closely supervise four Concessions Managers.
