Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Senior Concessions Manager for Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox. You will oversee daily concession operations and report to the Division Manager of Concessions, with a focus on safety, sanitation, and client satisfaction.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and at least 3 years in high-volume food service management, preferably with union exposure. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 with benefits, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 3 or more years of experience in a high-volume, multi-unit food service management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing in a unionized environment.
• Ability to maintain client and customer rapport.
• Excellent customer service using Aramark's service model.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members using Aramark's coaching model.
• Identify client needs and communicate progress.
• Ensure completion and maintenance of P&L statements and SLV.
• Adopt Aramark processes, understand performance metrics and margins.
• Spend approximately 75% of time on the floor supervising the Concessions operation.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
• Supervise Concessions team regarding production, quality and control.
