Job summary

Netflix Des Moines is seeking an experienced illustrator and art director to craft key art and define the look and feel of campaigns, ensuring IP alignment and a distinctive visual identity across digital, print, and motion media.

You will mentor artists, collaborate with product teams and partners to translate creative concepts into vibrant illustrations, branding assets, and motion-ready sequences, with core hours 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a cellular gaming or related creative studio.
• Strong understanding of composition and shading.
• Knowledge of current visual trends in art, film, and video games.
• Experience with visual branding and IP within advertising campaigns.
• Familiarity with digital advertising media, including social media, posters, and videos.

Responsibilities

• Illustrate and compose artwork following IP guidelines.
• Create custom illustrations for key art to realize product vision.
• Define the look and feel of the logo and visual identification.
• Ensure campaigns capture the marketability of visual design.
• Concept new ideas and render 2D illustrations.
• Share ideas and provide direction to the broader group.
• Produce artwork that informs outsourcing for asset creation.
• Illustrate iconography for motion snapshots.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on product and IP alignment.
• Lead by example, fostering purpose and excellence.
