• Excellent attention to detail and strong desire to iterate and improve processes.
• Leadership fundamentals – clear and proactive communication, moderating meetings.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and guide multiple art disciplines across all stages of development.
• Provide art direction and give ongoing feedback to the artist team and external vendors.
• Supervise, train, advise and motivate artists.
• Conduct regular reviews and one-on-one meetings to help team members reach optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the studio Art Director to own and define project-specific visual aspects.
• Oversee art production to meet internal standards and raise asset quality.
• Contribute to pipeline development for projects with specific needs with engineering.
