Job summary

Netflix is seeking an Artwork Designer to design high-quality digital artwork for Netflix’s global product ecosystem, lead a small team of junior artists, and collaborate with internal architects, motion designers, editors, and producers.

You will create on-platform artwork for TV, mobile, and web, contribute to cross-functional initiatives, balance quality and timelines, and bring passion for entertainment and data-driven creative work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in a related field.
• Expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator; motion design skills are optional.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting with multiple complex projects.
• Portfolio required demonstrating high-impact creative work.

Responsibilities

• Produce, ideate, conceptualize, and execute artwork independently.
• Balance quality, creativity, and project priorities; develop efficient processes.
• Lead projects, artists, and timelines from ideation to delivery.
• Oversee title art and contribute to cross-functional initiatives with asynchronous demands.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, creative partners, and vendors for feedback and direction.
• Contribute ideas and improvements for design within products and processes.
• Use real-time data and technology to inform creative decisions.
