Job summary

Mistral seeks a Compute Solution Architect to support strategic AI Infrastructure customers, designing, deploying, and scaling AI solutions with large GPU deployments. You will collaborate with sales, product, and support to ensure customer success.

Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years in cloud/AI roles, strong pre-sales experience, and a deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and cluster orchestration. This role emphasizes end-to-end delivery and customer adoption of GPU-based solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in cloud solutions roles with AI/ML workloads.
• Proven pre-sales/solutions architect experience driving infra engagements.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and advanced implementations.
• Experience with cluster orchestration and scheduling tools (Slurm, Kubernetes, HPC workloads).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for AI Infrastructure services.
• Lead delivery of strategic GPUaaS contracts with timelines and SLAs.
• Bridge to product and support teams, capture feedback and requests.
• Guide customers in optimizing GPU performance for ML training and inference.
• Partner with sales to identify opportunities and deliver technical presentations.
