HGA seeks a Sr Computation Design Lead to drive computational design, digital innovation, and data-driven practice across the firm. You will partner with design, engineering, and technology leaders to embed cutting-edge computational methods through all design phases, elevating project performance and value.

The role sits at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and technology, championing tools, workflows, and automation to enable smarter, more efficient delivery.

Qualificações

• Accredited degree in Architecture, Computational Design, Engineering, Digital Design, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in computational design, architecture, engineering, or related AEC disciplines, including experience leading design technology and innovation initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in parametric and algorithmic design tools, including Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, or comparable platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and advance computational design strategies that enhance design quality, project performance, and digital delivery across HGA.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies, automation solutions, and data-driven methodologies that support innovation and continuous improvement.
• Establish scalable computational design frameworks, standards, and best practices that promote consistency, efficiency, and design excellence.
• Lead development of parametric models, generative design studies, automation solutions, and performance-driven workflows.
