Job summary

HGA, a national architecture firm, seeks a Sr Computation Design Lead to advance computational design, digital innovation, and data‑driven practice across projects and offices. You will partner with design, engineering, and technology leaders to embed cutting‑edge computational methods into every design phase, elevating quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in Architecture, Computational Design, Engineering, Digital Design, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in computational design or related AEC disciplines, including design technology leadership.
• Proficiency with parametric/algorithmic tools and ability to lead digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advance computational design strategies to enhance design quality and digital delivery.
• Lead development of parametric models, generative studies, automation, and performance‑driven workflows.
• Collaborate to improve interdisciplinay coordination and project outcomes through digital workflows.
• Guide visualization strategies and translate complex concepts into clear design narratives.
