HGA seeks a Sr Computation Design Lead to advance computational design and digital innovation across architecture, engineering, and technology teams. This leader partners with design and technology leaders to integrate cutting-edge methods into the design process, elevating project performance and business outcomes.

With expertise in parametric design, algorithmic thinking, and automation, the role develops scalable solutions, mentors others, and communicates value through visual storytelling

Formación

• Accredited degree in Architecture, Computational Design, Engineering, Digital Design, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in computational design/AEC.
• Advanced proficiency in parametric and algorithmic design tools (Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo).
• Strong understanding of design processes, project delivery, and digital practice in AEC.
• Proven track record integrating computational design into workflows to improve outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and advance computational design strategies for quality, performance, and digital delivery across HGA.
• Identify and implement emerging technologies and data-driven methodologies for innovation.
• Establish scalable computational design frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate computational design across all design phases.
• Lead parametric models, generative studies, automation, and performance-driven workflows.
• Improve interdisciplinary coordination and project outcomes through digital workflows.
• Guide visualization strategies to communicate complex concepts and data effectively.
• Translate technical concepts into clear insights for diverse audiences.
• Mentor team members and advocate for computational design across practices.
