HGA seeks a Sr Computation Design Lead to advance computational design, digital innovation, and data-driven practice across the firm. You will partner with design, engineering, and technology leaders to integrate computational methodologies in all design phases, elevating project outcomes and performance.

Based in a US location, you will champion AI-enabled tools, automation, and scalable design workflows, driving innovation and continuous learning within the Digital Practice Group.

Competenze

• Accredited degree in Architecture, Computational Design, Engineering, Digital Design, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in parametric and algorithmic design tools (Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo).
• Experience leading design technology and innovation initiatives in AEC industries.

Mansioni

• Develop and advance computational design strategies across HGA.
• Lead development of parametric models, generative design studies, and automation solutions.
• Guide visualization strategies and digital storytelling for design concepts.
• Mentor teams and promote adoption of new computational tools and workflows.
