Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience with CAD/FEA or related tools.
• 5+ years developing hydraulic/pneumatic actuator flow control or electromechanical products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of conceptual and detailed compressor specifications aligned with performance data and customer requirements.
• Evaluate design factors: function, materials, performance, cost, efficiency, and regulatory obligations.
• Apply advanced analysis and mathematical modelling to improve design outcomes.
• Interpret complex test results, conduct failure analysis, and establish robust qualification procedures.
• Refine simulations and predictive models to verify, optimize, and innovate concepts.
• Provide expert guidance, documentation, and peer review for engineering teams.
• Prepare, review, and present technical reports, procedures, and customer proposals.
• Manage project milestones, budgets, and schedules with proactive corrective actions.
• Identify and resolve design errors, drive ECOs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of innovation and collaboration.
