Job summary

Bradford Labs Inc. in Illinois is seeking a Compounding Manager to lead the liquid, hot pour, and aerosol operations across two facilities.

This hands-on leadership role requires directing day-to-day production, maintaining GMP compliance, and developing a high-performing, multi-shift team. The successful candidate will oversee formulation execution, equipment setup, batch review, and documentation while collaborating with QA, R&D, and scheduling to meet production targets and uphold safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing compounding, blending, or production role.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity; 7+ years preferred.
• Experience with liquid compounding operations; familiarity with hot pour and/or aerosol manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of cGMP principles and documentation in a regulated environment.
• Experience leading hourly production teams across multiple shifts.
• Familiarity with ERP or MES systems for production tracking and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all compounding operations for liquid, hot pour, and aerosol product lines.
• Direct hands-on formulation execution, equipment setup, and batch review.
• Monitor throughput, yields, and cycle times; address inefficiencies and capacity constraints.
• Ensure batch records and GMP documentation are accurate and complete.
• Lead scheduling and staffing for multi-shift operations; plan training and SOPs.
• Support transition from one shift to three shifts and maintain cross-shift consistency.
