Job summary

Bradford Labs is seeking a Compounding Manager in Broadview, IL to lead liquid, hot pour and aerosol compounding operations across multiple shifts. This is a working management role requiring hands-on formulation execution, equipment setup, and batch review.

You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency by enforcing cGMP standards, optimizing throughput, and developing a capable, high-performing team across shifts. Strong leadership and manufacturing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing compounding with 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience with liquid compounding; hot pour and/or aerosol preferred.
• Working knowledge of cGMP documentation in regulated manufacturing.
• Ability to lead hourly production teams across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all compounding operations for liquid, hot pour, and aerosol lines to meet targets.
• Direct formulation execution, equipment setup and batch review.
• Monitor throughput, yields, and cycle times; resolve inefficiencies and constraints.
• Ensure batch records, logbooks and documentation comply with cGMP standards.
• Manage scheduling and sequencing of runs across shifts with Planning.
• Support transition from one-shift to three-shift operations, including staffing.
