Voyant Beauty is seeking a Lead Compounder to oversee daily compounding operations in our Illinois facility. You will ensure batch accuracy, enforce cGMP standards, train and mentor teammates, and support production timelines with technical guidance on formulations and equipment usage.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong documentation practices, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to maintain quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 4-6 years in a chemical/manufacturing compounding role required.
• 4-6 years in a lead/mentoring capacity preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate compounding activities while following batch records, formulas and schedules.
• Conduct changeovers between products, including equipment setup, sanitation, and validation.
• Batch and sample scheduled runs, acting as main or reviewer for completion.
• Provide hands-on training to compounders on safe, accurate, and efficient practices.
