Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a People Operations Partner for its Jackson, TN facility to be the HR partner for the hourly workforce. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations while partnering with site leadership to build an inclusive, high‑performing culture.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR/business, 3+ years of HR experience (manufacturing preferred), and strong communication. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred.
• Proficient in North Carolina labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly talent acquisition processes including recruitment, interviewing and hiring.
• Develop and implement site communication, engagement and retention plans.
• Drive onboarding, performance, training, recognition programs and separations.
