Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 8–10 years in consumer credit or banking compliance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Compliance, Risk, or Business preferred.
• Certifications CRCM, CERP, CIPP or JD are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive the timely resolution of issues; advise on mitigation of risks through policies and controls.
• Apply strategic thinking to develop solutions that mitigate regulatory risks and align with goals.
• Educate business partners on RCSA and risk-management processes; communicate with leadership.
