-qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in banking, with CRCM preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law or related field is required.
• 5+ years experience in banking with operations, compliance, lending, audit or related business experience.
• CRCM preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management under deadlines.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of auditing/examination techniques and banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan testing steps with Manager and SMEs and develop scope documents.
• Execute testing activities on complex regulatory controls and document results.
• Lead exit meetings, gather management responses, and finalize findings.
• Maintain and review testing workpapers and supporting documents.
• Assist teammates and update findings management tracking logs.
