TD Bank US Compliance is seeking a Senior Compliance Business Oversight Manager to advise on and maintain all aspects of Compliance/Center of Excellence programs in alignment with the bank's risk philosophy and strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 10+ years of experience in a compliance/financial services role.
• FINRA Series 7, 63 and 24 preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance on Compliance/Center of Excellence programs in line with risk philosophy and strategy.
• Lead governance and oversight for compliance initiatives across the portfolio.
• Advise senior management and drive the development of risk-based processes and policies.
