Job summary

Rimini Street, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Analyst for a remote US-based role reporting to the VP of Global Risk Management & Internal Audit.

The position focuses on investigations, compliance monitoring, due diligence, and contract compliance awareness within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will perform screenings, assist with internal audits, and help drive policy adherence while collaborating across Ethics and Compliance teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or Information Systems, Business Administration or related field required.
• MBA or graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with investigations including root cause analysis, evidence collection, and report writing.
• Support compliance monitoring, audits, and due diligence checks for third parties.
• Develop awareness across Ethics and Compliance functions and cross-train as needed.
• Prepare internal reporting for Senior Management and Board of Directors.
