Job summary

Rimini Street, Inc. is seeking a remote IP Compliance Legal Analyst to safeguard the company’s IP program.

You will conduct document reviews, analyze materials for policy violations, and support global IP compliance initiatives with strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in legal/compliance with data analysis and experience with IP, e‑Discovery, Nuix, and Purview.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in legal or compliance roles with data analysis experience.
• IP Legal and E‑Discovery experience preferred; proficiency with Nuix and Purview Content Search.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (PeopleSoft, JDE, Siebel, EBS).

Responsibilities

• Conduct document review and legal analysis of materials (VDI drives, laptops, U‑drive, etc.).
• Manage compliance communications and investigations; maintain detailed records.
• Prepare compliance reports and update knowledge base; support dashboards.
• Assist with e‑discovery requests and workflow audits.
