Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of compliance, legal operations, political law, or related experience.
• Experience building and maintaining compliance calendars, trackers, and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication across departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and compliance/document-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance calendars, deadline-tracking tools, and filing records.
• Monitor and coordinate recurring and event-triggered compliance obligations.
• Coordinate with Legal, Policy, Finance, HR, and others to gather information and monitor filings.
• Prepare registrations, reports, amendments, and supporting schedules.
• Advise internal teams on lobbying, advocacy, and affiliated-entity requirements.
• Support regulatory inquiries or audits and provide counsel-guided guidance.
• Foster ongoing professional development and learning.
