Earthjustice, a leading environmental law organization, seeks a Senior Compliance Analyst to build centralized tracking for regulatory obligations across Earthjustice and related entities. This full-time rolehybrid in SF or DC involves coordinating filings, reviewing vendor submissions, and working with the Office of General Counsel to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible compliance, legal operations, political law, campaign finance, government-affairs, nonprofit, or regulatory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare, review, or coordinate accurate regulatory filings and to reconcile underlying financial, payroll, timekeeping, expenditure, contribution, or activity data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance calendars, deadline-tracking tools, ownership charts, and filing records across entities.
• Monitor and coordinate recurring and event-triggered compliance obligations with internal stakeholders.
• Advise internal teams on compliance requirements and monitor regulatory developments; provide practical guidance.
