Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible compliance or regulatory experience.
• Experience preparing regulatory filings and reconciling data.
• Experience building and maintaining calendars, trackers, and controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance calendars, deadline-tracking tools, and filing records.
• Monitor and coordinate recurring and event-triggered compliance obligations across entities.
• Coordinate with Legal, Policy, Finance, HR, and other departments to gather information and ensure timely filings.
• Advise internal teams on compliance requirements and monitor regulatory developments.
• Support audits and vendor-funded filings; ensure audit-ready records.
