Job summary

Alpha Omega is seeking an experienced Oversight Compliance Specialist to support a Government program. The role manages end-to-end review of compliance assessments and related agreement documentation, coordinates resolution of deficiencies with Field Offices and participating law enforcement agencies, and prepares complete, defensible reports for leadership review and signature.

The specialist will manage a high-volume portfolio, maintain accurate records, and help ensure that assessment

Qualifications

• At least five years of professional work experience.
• Experience reviewing complex documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to prepare formal reports.
• Experience coordinating with field offices, senior stakeholders, and external partners.
• Ability to manage high-volume workload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review compliance assessment packages for accuracy and alignment with requirements.
• Analyze findings, identify gaps, and develop clear pass/fail determinations.
• Coordinate intake, routing, and follow-up of materials with Field Offices and partners.
• Support corrective action plans, monitor milestones, and verify completion evidence.
• Draft, revise, and finalize compliance reports for supervisory review and signature.
• Maintain case status and auditable records in tracking systems.
• Communicate risks and overdue actions to management.
• Contribute to peer review and continuous improvement of templates and procedures.
