Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina seeks a Career Navigator III - Compliance Specialist to oversee participants and compliance in specialized programs. You will ensure adherence to policies, perform file reviews, and provide guidance to staff and partners across the service area.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree preferred, 1+ year in a similar role, and travel up to 50%. Strong communication, organization, and data skills are essential in delivering accurate regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in a similar role preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% across service counties.

Responsibilities

• Monitor WIOA program activities to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct file reviews and monitoring visits for accuracy.
• Provide compliance guidance to staff and partners.
• Review eligibility determinations and documentation for completeness.
• Identify compliance risks and develop action plans.
• Maintain knowledge of WIOA regulations and reporting.
• Analyze program data to support regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership and partners to improve quality.
• Prepare compliance reports and monitoring summaries.
