One Day in the Life

This role is part of the Global Trade Legal & Compliance team within the Global Operations and Supply Chain Legal Department, comprising lawyers and compliance professionals with expertise in global trade. The team advises across business units and geographies, addressing complex legal questions, identifying legal issues, and contributing to policy decisions.

The Sr. Compliance Manager will enhance our global trade compliance program, ensuring adherence to import/export laws and sanctions. Responsibilities include managing policies, procedures, training, and systems supporting global trade compliance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Developing and implementing trade compliance programs.
  2. Partnering with supply chain and regional teams to manage risks.
  3. Supporting compliance activities and legal investigations.
  4. Collaborating on risk assessments and training.
  5. Managing global trade legal risks and sharing information across businesses.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in project/program management in global trade compliance and 5+ years managerial experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years’ experience and managerial experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare/medical devices.
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory environments.
  • Experience with change management or process improvement (e.g., Lean Sigma).
  • Strong communication and influence management skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary ($144,000 - $216,000 USD) plus incentive plan. Benefits include health insurance, savings accounts, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, stock purchase plans, and more, applicable to U.S. employees working 20+ hours/week.
