Our Senior Manager, Compliance & Operational Risk Enablement provides subject matter expertise in the design, development, management, and implementation of assigned projects from business case development through execution. Works across BMO to deliver specific project/program business results in alignment with overall group goals.

The role involves developing long-term strategic recommendations, positioning BMO as a market leader, identifying business opportunities, building relationships, influencing stakeholders, managing multiple projects, and leading change management initiatives. It requires a deep understanding of relevant regulations, excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and collaboration skills, and the ability to operate at a strategic level across the enterprise.

Qualifications:

- Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree or equivalent.

- Knowledge of Lean methodology, process analysis tools, testing strategies, risk and regulatory requirements, project management, and MS Access (desirable).

- Strong communication, analytical, influence, collaboration skills, and ability to manage ambiguity and data-driven decisions.

Salary:

$110,000.00 - $204,100.00
